Sunday Mornings
Middle School (grades 6-8)
Middle School is one of the most difficult times for Christian teens. Values and morals are challenged, and friendships can be strained. We in student ministries understand this and we work with our Middle School students, teaching them how to stand up for what they believe in, and how to become the person God wants them to be not what others want them to be. Our plan will accomplish two purposes in the life of a teenager. The first is that they’ll receive real guidance for living like Christ during their formative years. The second is that when they graduate high school, they’ll do so with a greater, more confident knowledge of God’s amazing message and be passionate followers of Christ. All of this starts in our Middle school classroom with interactive teaching that engages our students and challenges them to grow and be a passionate followers of Jesus. Join us for this awesome time.
High School (grades 9-12)
The last stretch before adulthood is High School. The idea of becoming an adult —to say nothing of just surviving your teen years— has the potential to be kind of nerve racking and scary. “Trustworthy and credible research has confirmed our convictions that teenagers are not getting a clear understanding of what they believe or of the truth revealed in the Bible,” Randy Hall, Student Life Bible Study. Our goal is that our student will get a clear understanding of what they believe and of the truth that is in the Bible. This is being accomplished through great teachers using awesome teaching material that engages our students and equips them to stand up for what they believe from a firm foundation of what the Bible teaches. We want our students to graduate having a comprehensive understanding of God’s Word! Join us for a fun look at what God teaches us through the Bible. top |
