Becoming passionate followers of Jesus who are intentionally reaching those in our sphere of influence, including the five mile radius of Faith Baptist Church, with opportunity to say YES to becoming a passionate follower of Jesus.

• The Bible is the final authority – sourcebook in all matters.
• Teaching/preaching and curriculum are consistent with the Word of God—delivering life changing practical application.
• Encourage regular personal Bible Study for the purpose of developing an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
• The church will make available multiple opportunities for training and development.

Christ-Centered Environment that models the character and priorities of Christ in building loving-caring relationships.

Outreach Priority reflected in doing whatever is necessary to reach the community for Christ, developing them into passionate followers of Jesus, both here and around the world.

• Jesus loves the lost therefore we must show love for lost people.
• Our love for the lost will be expressed in building intentional relationships with lost people.
• As a church we will be outreach oriented.
• We will be committed to lost people in our community and around the world where we have opportunity to partner.
• Our goal in outreach is to make passionate maturing followers of Jesus.
• We will multiply new churches.

God-Focused Worship that is celebrative, reflective, interactive, creative, and invokes the presence of God.

• Worship is about God not us.
• Worship is centered in God's truth.
• The only audience for our worship is God.
• We will pursue the presence of God together in our corporate worship.
• Worship is a 7 day a week intentional action for passionate followers of Jesus.

Connecting People in the local body of Christ by winning the lost, building believers, and equipping them for the harvest.

• We are committed to reaching lost people and bringing them into fellowship in Christ’s church.
• We are committed to being built up with them into Christ-likeness.
• We are committed to being equipped with them to reach others for Christ and help them become fully trained followers of Jesus.
• We are committed with them to reaching lost friends and then together touching people within the 5 mile radius of our church facility as a beginning.

Cultural Relevance that enables us to reach the community by understanding and ministering to the needs of people.

• We will seek to minister to our communities felt needs, pointing it to Christ as the only answer.
• We will make ourselves and our facilities available to minister in the name of Jesus to our community.
• We will partner with others of like mind in fulfilling the Great Commission. top
